What is Virgin Hair?
Virgin hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, straightened, or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state when cut, with the cuticle intact and aligned in the same direction. This prevents the hair from matting and tangling. The hair is extremely healthy, and will look gorgeous, wash after wash. All hair from Locks of Luxury can be bleached, dyed, blow dried, and styled with hot styling tools. We guarantee that our hair is 100% human hair with all cuticles aligned in the same direction.
How Many Bundles do I need?
For a full install, you will need 3 bundles if using lengths shorter than 22 inches. For hair measuring 22 inches and up, 4 bundles is recommended. For lengths 30 inches and longer, you will need 5 bundles. When using a closure, 3-4 bundles are recommended for a voluminous look although 3 bundles can complete the install. When using a lace frontal, 3-4 bundles are recommended for a voluminous look although 2-3 bundles can complete the install.
How long will this hair last?
With proper care, our hair will last a year or longer. To ensure that you are protecting your investment, Locks of Luxury provides a hair care maintenance guide on our site to make sure that you get the most out of your luxury extensions.

Can I color and/or bleach the hair?
Yes. This hair can be colored, bleached, straightened, and curled. It is recommended that you use a professional stylist for any color services. Always wash and condition your Locks of Luxury extensions regularly after coloring. Treat this hair as if it is your own.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Stock ships the same day on any orders placed prior to 12PM EST, and orders placed after this time will ship during the next business day. Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery on non-stock, you will receive notification that your selections are Not in Stock, and again once your items ship. If your selection is not in stock and you would like to select something different please contact info.locksofluxury@gmail.com or call us at 239-201-7670.
Where is my Tracking number?
Tracking information will be uploaded the evening your item ships, and you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping service and number.
Do I have to have my items shipped?
No. While our preferred method of delivering products is shipping, Locks of Luxury currently offers “On Demand Service” in Tampa Bay and Fort Myers, Florida. Please call 239-201-7670 to arrange delivery and check available stock.
