Please note that Refund/Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of Purchase and meet the criteria below.

 

Refund Policy

 

Locks of Luxury offers a 15-day guarantee on all hair pieces. We do not accept returns on chemically altered hair (please use a professional for any color services to protect the integrity of your bundles).  We will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

 

Exchange policy

 

Locks of Luxury will accept exchanges on orders that were filled incorrectly on our behalf.

Exchanged items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.  We will gladly issue the exchange upon receipt.

 

Cancelations

 

If you wish to cancel your order please notify Locks of Luxury immediately via Email at locksofluxurysales@gmail.com .  Canceled orders will be refunded in full if done within 24 hours of purchase (Note – this is only if items have not been shipped).  All orders canceled after the 24 hour processing period will be refunded in full minus a $15 processing fee.

Goods will only be accepted for exchange if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides a tracking number.  The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
